On ebay I saw this wing I'm interested in buying to replace the stock spoiler on my car.
My car is a 1999, and the page says nothing about the year it fits, just says cavalier.
But the cavalier shown was an '05.

I'm gonna go ahead and assume that the trunk of the new Cavaliers and mine are the same sizes and shape.
Am I right to assume that?

yes 95-05 trunks are interchangeable

Yeah that's what I thought.
But then today I talked to my dad about it he said it wouldn't fit because the '03-'05' had a more boxy trunk than the ones before that.
So instead of ebay I'm going to search more locally.

Here is a pic of the wing I am looking at.

People interchange their trunks to get rid of that red stripe. You'll be fine.
