Before I buy a new bumper, I need info/opinions. My problem can be seen in the pic. When I leave the parking lot of my apartment building I only have 4 inch clearance between the car and the street.
What I would like from anyone who can, is please let me know where I can find listings of after-market bumper heights or tell me the heights of any of your bumpers compared to stock. This problem is compounded by the fact that I also have not dropped the suspension yet.
What I can see is that I have a few options.Of course I could always park on the street, but hate doing that even though my apartment faces the street, or if it's not blocked, I can come in the alley. Or there is the possibility of just a better looking sttock bumper of a different Cav (I have the base coupe) So, this is really a question of ease of parking.
go out of the parking lot on an angle, it will give you extra room to clear
just scrape its not that big of a deal i scrape every were i go

it is a big deal if you have a fiberglass kit. enough scrapes will put a hole thru your kit
