What should I do here...? I cant really get in there to put a nut on the other side. Ideas?

If the bolts are stripped they may be replaced.

If the receiving threads are stripped there are three alternatives in descending order:

Run an 8mmX1.25 tap through the threads to see if they can be restored.

or,

Obtain an 8mmX1.25 Helicoil kit to drill out, tap and replace the damaged threads with a Helicoil insert.

or, as a last resort,

Drill out the damaged threads, retap for a larger size, 9 or 10mm, and secure with an appropriate bolt.
