Toyo fenders swap-ability(?)

Well, first off, are the 95-99 toyo fenders still wider than the US cavi's? And would they fit on 00-02 cavi's? There's been a front-nose cut on eBay for a long ass time now and I'm thinking of snagging it.

So you're thinking of buying a whole front nose cut just for a set of fenders?

Hehe Ive seen that nose cut. Its the fenders, hood, bumper, headlights..dont see a point in swapping the hood, and the headlights would be illegal to swap...i guess the bumper and the fenders are what you would get out of it...

why would the headlights be illegal?

they are set up to drive on the opposite side of the road. there built a little different. basically they are built to aim at the opposite side of the road

^^ Correct. In the USDM, the passenger light has a wider beam pattern to light up the shoulder of the road.

JDM, its the left side that does that. There would be excessive light glare for oncoming vehicles, causing a hazard.

so just buy the jdm driver side headlight and have the best of both worlds
