I was just checkin out some pics of FTO's and noticed they look like a sunfire on steroids. Has anybody ever checked the measurements or actually got an imported fender, or bumper or something to see how things line up. I'm mainly interested in the front bumper and fenders, you could tuck alot of rubber up in those.

Any one else notice the Toyota Cavalier in the back ground, and a R32 Skyline too! (Japanese salvage yard)?

I'm a 6ft. tall, 250+ lb., man, and I proudly drive the Sunfire. My wife drives the half-ton 4x4...

I almost bought a set of those headlights a few years ago for a headlight swap into my old Sunfire, but decided against it.

it would be a pretty interesting swap, but im sure you could fabricate something similar with some fiberglass fenders.

How about a group purchase on fenders? I would be in on that, along with mirrors.

I'm gonna get some pricing on bumper and fenders and make atleast the fenders fit. I think these would give a nice agressive stance, they'd prolly be great for slicks too with minor mods.

for the 95-99 cavs, or any long low headlight you may want to look at the mitsu spacegear the late 90's ones they have out here in Djibouti look like they will be a close fit, and they have a good style.

hell, you can buy a toyo cav from them for about 1200 FOB and then another 2500 to have it shipped over here in a 20 foot crate, and depending on where you live you might be able to pic it up with a trailer and hull it home.
