Ok all ive seen the CF fabric but what is everyone using for the epoxy or clear? I wanna get some CF fabric and play around alittle with it but not sure on what epoxy or whatever to use?? Anyone? Ive been looking on USComposites.com

plain old fiberglass epoxy is what i used

^ did you use an epoxy or a polyester resin? Most resins are polyester for fiberglassing.


I wouldn't recommend using the same resin as fiberglass...actually I wouldn't use that at all. The polyester resin has a tint/hue to the resin, as the resin I am about to recommend is crystal clear.

it is a 1:1 ratio and very easy to use. It is self leveling and very minimal sanding is required when done correctly.
