also, is there a difference between yellow and amber? because I believe I got amber ones from ebay or a store when I got all my chrome bulbs like 5 years ago.

amber is just the color you see on regular front turn signals, and the yellow one could range from light yellow to really dark.
As far as the ebay bulbs, those would be 194 from what i can tell and they should work.
Yea its a 194 bulb. I got a bunch sittin right next to me, but none are chrome. There are some that are amber and the part # i have for them is 194NA.

I have messed around with LED bulbs in my 03' cavy. I tried putting them in my brakelights and reverse lights and i only got my reverse lights to work. The problem i had was getting them to blink or dim when i had my lights on. I have given up on the mod for now, but i believe Kardain has done LED mods.
