Has anyone had any experience with ordering body parts off of ebay from the places that will also paint them before they ship them? I'm looking at getting a oem fender replacement but was wondering what type of quality the painting is..

never buy pre painted stuff. it never matchs
The quality of the part may be acceptable, and the quality of the painting may be as well, but what you're going to find is that (like 666 night rider noted) the paint won't match. This is because your car has faded and the paint on the new parts will be fresh out of the gun (or the can, depending on how they've painted it). Plus, you don't know if they've painted it with single-stage or base/clear, and so you don't know how well it'll last compared with the paint on your car.
You're better off getting a part finished in primer, mounting it yourself, then taking it to a body shop and having them match it to the car. The paint will then look right, and it'll all be feathered into the original finish and should wear fairly evenly, provided they knew what they were doing. Sure, it'll cost more, but it's worth the extra.
That's what I though... I'll stick with my local shop.... it's just a pita getting into a local shop.... for non insurance work there is a 4-5 month wait...

aqua can you pm me more pics of your car ? i love it.
oh and i did get my 2002 z24 front bumper from ebay... fitment is great. look at my sig.
which company did you go through on ebay?? was it one selling oem parts then selling the service to paint the part?
i ordered a fender for my cobalt SS off of eBay and had it prepainted. although it doesn't match perfectly, it's pretty damn close and almost not noticeable. i mean obviously there is a risk of the paint not matching, due to fading and the condition of your paint. but for the most part, ordering pre-painted fenders may save you some money.
I got a sunfire wing for my cav from ebay, it came already painted in the stock vicotry red color. It looks good and matches up fine with the car but there where two nasty spots on it where the paint was phucked up but I'm repainting the whole car so I didn't care...

i forget what company i got it from. but its was 104 shipped to my door. mind you this is the z24 bumper not base. and in the sig it looks like the bumper doesnt match up, its actually the headlight not aligned correctly. and if you have doughts about the flexibilty of the primer, keep in mind i have taken this bumper off dozens of times.. and it has seen two cavi.
