Are there any carbon fiber lips for 95-99 front bumpers?
Can you just straight bolt-on a z24 bumper in place of an RS bumper?
yes you can, but i would recommend getting the foam support piece for the Z24 bumper [it clips on to the steel bumper support under the urethane bumper cover]

why? my honeycomb one worked fine when i put a z24 bumper on.
