So I went to the body shop today to schedule dropping off my car to get my front bumper replaced, and I had asked them if they think they could get ahold of an '00-'02 LS Sport front lip. Well they got my VIN to look it up, and it turns out that just the part is around $280. That doesn't include painting it.
Does this sound about right? It seems a bit ridiculous for a front lip.
As a note, if anybody is selling theirs, let me know

that sounds about right. remember, shops order from the dealership, and the dealership = the stealership
i'd keep looking for a better deal on a used lip personally
Yeah really I got my 02' rear spoiler from a junk yard for like $40, and to get it from a dealership it's like over $200

That sounds exactly how it would be. I went in to get a quote on replacing my 03 LS Sport bumper and that came out to be around 400 for the bumper and around 700 total...

if youre gonna drop that sort of change on something as small as a lip, pony up a few extra bucks and get a full replacement bumper (aftermarket).
God damnit you guys suck. Now I think I like the WW lip better than the stock LS one. Does anybody have any nice shots of their stock ls one to maybe persuade me back? I'm still kind of undecided.
Also, (tabs), I really like the stock front bumper, but I see what you're saying. Although, wouldn't it end up being like $400-$500 with a bumper as well?

SpeedRacerZ, what was hacked up about it? To me it looks like the top part of the center hole was cut off. If I'm mistaken please correct me. I think I've decided to go with the ww lip after all... bastards
