I have a 1999 sunfire and I wanna buy some Z24 power mirrors. My question is will they fit? I know 2dr and 4dr don't fit right but does this extend between SE and Z24?

The only difference in J-Body mirrors is Coupe and Sedan, other than that they will fit just fine.
dont forget that convertible are actually different also ..
so in mind... if you have a 2 door stick with a 2 door mirrors no matter if its a Z24, ls sport, Rs, " rallye sport", GT, "GTX", Se, blah blah .. and same goes with the sedan and the convertibles.
