How do they mesh? Do they mesh?

If not, whats the best way to mod the urethane to make them fit. Or is it smarter to mod the exhaust?

Well if you are having the exhaust mounted so that the tip lines up in a pretty much stock location...then it's gonna hit the type J. You can trim out the bumper to have an exhaust cut out, urethane cuts easily, but I would recommend having the mufflers or tips done so they sit right below the edge of the bumper. Looks better IMO and plus if you cut the urethane and decide later you don't like it, urethane is tough to mend back together, aside from epoxying it and so on.
