When first sanding the valve cover, how did you guys sand down all those small cracks and stuff that you can reach too well?
i.e. Those ridges on the top of the ecotec valve cover...the ends of them i can seem to sand well. Any tips or tricks?
"You can only feed them semen for so long before their legs fall off."
Those are a pain in the butt. I'd recommend the use of a dremel with polishing kit.

A dremel will be your best friend when polishing a valve cover, or anything for that matter...used mine for my fuel rail, tb, and alternator as well.
Why don't you ask Grant back on DesertTuners? He has done a few and I am sure he could offer up some good help.

Local Forums and guys who can SHOW you FTW!
i used a pencil and sand paper.........if you have a dremel it would work faster lol
Yeah super fine sand paper then a dremel polish attachment and that should get all the nooks and crannies of the valve cover.
