I am looking to put 03-05 Sedan LSS bumper covers and side skirts on my 04 LS Sedan. I was wondering what I needed to do it. Are there any companies that make OEM style Kits? If there arent, are there any places I could get OEM parts for cheap? Also will it fit without mods?

pull the old bumpers off, put the new one's on. with the sideskirts you'll need all the clips, and it won't be fun if your car's never had sideskirts before.
Do you know where i can get part numbers? my car is like yours minus the skirts on the side... just in black
Part numbers won't help, GM doesn't make them anymore, nor have for years, so chances of finding a leftover part at a dealer are next to nothing. Your best shots are junkyards, car-part.com, here on the org, ebay, etc.
You can also use coupe skirts on a sedan fyi, but you'll need to trim along where they rest against the rocker panels.
I found my 03 LSS rear and 02 LSS sedan skirts on ebay, but am still hunting for a 03 LSS front.
