How do you take the mud flaps off of a 03 cavalier?
They
should just be screwed on. The front ones should be screwed onto the rear of the fenders (right before the front doors) and the rear ones should be screwed onto the rear bumper. Just look for screws and I'll bet you'll find them

yup screwed on using torx.. just turn each wheel so you get more clearance.
