HEY! I have a 04 cavalier ls coupe and i was wondering if i should get a lip kit or body kit.?
depends entirely on you. beauty is in the eye of the beholder. you might think the lip spoiler is rather fake and has bad transistion lines from bumper to lip. on the other hand you might think its a tad overkill looking using a full body kit.
i have an 04 sunfire and all the body kits look over-the-top to me so im going to keep the factory look since it seems sporty as is.
p.s. dont forget you can do body swaps with other models and other years. many on here have done that in fact there is a dropped cavilier convertible with a 03+ sunfire front back and sides
I like the lip kits! but i like some body kits. like i hate the body kits that are really gaudie. I like the body kits like Razzi(ex).
I would stick with a lip kit, unless you want to have an all out show car. IMO body kits are only really good for a show car. Lip kits are better for daily drivers.

You can swap the front ends between a Cavalier Coupe and Sunfire Coupe, but not the rear ends because they're completely different

thanks envy for clearing that up. i wasnt 100% sure on the rears. i cant remember the members name that has the dropped white "vert" in his sig its obviously a 03+ fire the rear though looks matching fire too but... i have been wrong before

Are you thinking of
Spencer? If so, his is a Sunfire, not a Cavalier.
The only body kit I would put on mine is the Xtreme Tuner. Otherwise rock a stock LSS kit.
