Headlights are just too dim

My headlights in my 04 cavy are just to dim, no matter weather its silverstar bulbs or what. It was the same way when I had an 03 cavy.

Can someone tell me is there like some really good bulbs or like an HID kit that works?

And maybe a link would be great too.

What about this? I read some reviews, they might go out sometimes but the ballast are cheap enough to replace easy, I am on a very small budget after all.

Well nevermind, i decided to go with the DDM 35w 9007 hi/low 6k HID, I also got the relay harness and I will go disable my drl tomorrow. Guess i shoulda looked around here more before asking lol.
