i have a 02 cavalier 4dr 2.2l the blinkers work off and on i cant figure out the issue can someone please help or does the switch its self need to be replaced
My 02 did the same thing, I had to end up replacing the hazard switch under the dash below the steering column. Cheap enough fix but a pain to do
I replaced the whole blinker switch its brand new tne blinkers worked fine for one day but now they stopped working again I checked the fuse those are fine anyone have any other sugestions to shat the problem is please help
possibly bad ground somewhere? start tracing all your wires and make sure you dont have a short or something else that is on that causes them to stop working, look for a common variable (a/c, fuel pump (when giving it gas), headlights, etc)

mine also will stop working at random times. all i do is pull the blinker that isnt working off and push the wires in a little bit...
