I need to replace this piece with the tape on it. What is it? Where can i get one? Any help would be great, thanks

Trunk filler panel I would think. You need to replace that entire piece on the trunk.
x2, panel needs replaced. Can find them in salvage yards or ebay. Roughly $100 average.
