I have been listening to the radio and there is a pakistan reporter interviewed some Alkida and he said from his interview they talk about another attack in the US and they have gotten some weapons in to the country from Mexico and there will be an attack bigger than 9/11 and has said to warn Muslims to leave the US espcially New York and Washington. He said when Bin Ladin told him abou attack on the US in 97 and 98 he did not take him seriously. If this is true we have some issues coming. Not sure how credible he is but this is something that CNN or NBC etc,, are not reporting. He said that they would have suicide bomber in Afganistan and after he left there has been 4 suicide bomb they siad they had 300 people ready for suicide missions.

As much as I would hate to say ... I think that our government (USA) probably already knew about this. And I do have a HIGH feeling that the attack wont be by plane nor rental vehicals. Although, he could also be lying and get us afraid ... that is pretty much the terrorists main goal, despite the fact that we are a free country and are not their religion.

It was not a radio broadcast it was a call to a reporter who wrote and aritcle about this. Even if it is not true it still poses the problem that if they did get something in via Mexico then the issue of boarders come up. I know it may be a scare tactic but still we don't want to take it likely. The guy who interviewed Alkaida said tthat they insinuated that the attack could be chemical or even some sort of weapon of mass distruction. There supposedly are using people who do not have muslim names some have had name changes to take away from suspiscion. They warned him to not come back to Afganistan for another 2-3 months. Something we need to take care of.

Well, since they dont have the muslim names, then I can only suggest that our government goes after those that have had a recent name change. Im sure that are not THAT many. I would propose a SSN (social security number) and a birth certificate check on all of those that applied and sucessfully recieved new names within the past 9 months to a year.

It's not that you're crying wolf, or they are, whatever. I shouldn't have directed as such, and so I apologize if I upset you.
That said... I'm jsut saying we hear this ish all the time. People get all worked up over the supposed planned attack, they freak out, LA is a prime target this weekend or NYC is at risk of an attack tomorrow, watch out for this guy or that guy, whatever. Ole W gets on the TV and makes a big speech, or they have a press conference with intelligence "experts" and make a big scene all over the networks and radio.
Then nothing happens. Next week nothing happens. Months go by and again nothing happens.
Code orange, code yellow, code blue, "Hey Bob!! What color is my comfort level today? If it's yellow I better stay inside. Might get a bomb up my arse."
This ish is going to get reall fukkin old real quick and one of these days - as much as I hate to think it - something really IS gonna happen, and lots of people are gonna die because they heard it all before, nothing ever happened, and they got copesthetic and dismissed it as yet another "threat" that never came to pass.

The scary thing is exactly what you guys are talking about. "The Boy who Cried Wolf" idea..... everytime we hear about a new "threat", we start to get conditioned to it. The part that worries me is the time that an actual threat comes and we shrug it off. But it is inevitable...no matter how hard we try. The harder the right wing tries to keep our borders safe (in return the violation of some civil rights being denied) the harder the left complains about it to keep those civil rights. But if there is no solution, then we will get hit eventually. I have no doubt about this whatsoever.

And, it doesn't help that the government uses terrorism as leverage to win political elections, and that people still refuse to realize they're sheep in this political game. Politicians say the word "terrorism"... and people are like "ZOMG not TERRORISM!!"
It's a part of life. People are too stupid in general to realize "hey, we're all different, we believe different things, like different things, have different skin color,... but that doesn't mean you're a bad person, just means we're different, and I don't hate you for being different".
So, until people realize this around the world, there's always going to be conflict and terrorism. What makes some different from others, is that they accept people are different and don't hold grudges against someone because they are.
Take the Amish school shooting for example. We all could actually learn something from the Amish. In an interview on the news (which is normally taboo, but some lady that was head of some Amish Order or something wanted this to be heard). She said that they're praying more for the shooter and his family than the Amish children that died. She said that the children who died are in Heaven and are better off where they are than where those are that are left behind... and they're praying for the shooter and his family. That's amazing faith right there.

Ahhhh the Westboro Baptist Church. The good news... a father of a fallen soldier in Pennsylvania is suing them. So far the courts are behind him. (they protested at his son's funeral). They're crying the whole "waaa waaaa we have the right to free speech"... what about the rights of the fallen's family? They (Westboro Baptist) had refused some outrageous amount of times the court papers being served on them... I think it was over 20 times (I'd have to look it up). A higher court ruled that the Church is responsible for the court fees in trying to deliver them the papers. I was elated when I heard that. Those people need help. Their minds are so closed to anything other than their own demented dilusions it's rediculous. To each their own I suppose, but when a group of people are like that and don't give a crap whom their hurting just to "spread the word"... well I'd like to see what their reaction wouldl be to a group of people protesting at one of their family members funerals and saying such crude hateful things to them. I'd be willing to place a bet they'd be taking those people to court and suing and whining and complaining about how their rights at their loved ones funeral were violated...
If God is so angry at America and is punishing us and they hate it here so much... why don't they just stop biotching and move the heck away and out of the US. Send them to Mexico or something... or Iraq. Now there's an ideer!!! Westboro seems to hate the US so much... they should move to Iraq or something. There are reasons to do something about the Mexican border - but this isn't one of them. Actually its been discovered that certain groups - "import groups" etc - take special care to prevent terrorist from coming though the border - Why? Because the last thing they need is the extra attention at the border - so it is in their best interest to keep it secure against terrorist etc - as funny as that may seem. LOL.
Or as Carlos Mencia pointed out - None of the 9/11 hijackers got in from Mexico - Mexicans aren't gonna allow that cuz they know the day terrorist come from Mexico is the day the border closes.(he said something to that effect and in a funny way).
