A more accurate observation has never been typed. These should be the starting points before any serious performance modification. What's the point of making a serious performer if you can't control it's power?
sorry to hear this man. youre one of the OGs i remember from when i first came here. have fun with the new project and stop by from time to time.

i know its been a hard decision for him to make , i chat with him everyonce and a while
itll be a shame to see the cav go
good luck with your dads stealth
Lowfire.. Yes I did say i was selling the cav when i got my Celica. But then after a couple weeks, i changed my mind about selling the cav and was gonna sell the stealth instead. Then I keep going back and forth and didn't want to sell any of my cars. Last week something personal happened and boosted me to keep the stealth and sell the cav and use the money from selling the cav to fix up the stealth. Yes im a confusing man when it comes with cars LOL! But its all good now.
I will miss the Cav...i had lots of fun with it while I had it. Its just time for me to focus on something else right now in my life.

Take care man I'm sure you'll have lots of fun with the stealth.

It's up to you to decide which you'd rather win.
cya later man......btw if your getting rid of anthing on the cav before you sell it shoot me a price on the hood lol email in registry
Everyone: Thanks for the kind words and it feels good knowing Im known as one of the originals on the JBO here. Been part of JBO since 1999. I'll still stop by from time to time....No need to worry. I'll still have my site up about the original HanzenRider with the Cavalier with mods and info that people might need to look at at a later time for references. I just need to update it better thats all.
96Z24Colorado: Hood stays on the cav plus all mods done on it and goes on sale as is at $6500.00.
Also, I have a few mods to sell that I HAD on the cav and will be posting the parts once i get the chance.

Wow, Jason. i'd say that it's a shock but with the GP and Celica, and the fact that i rarely ever saw you on here anymore, i figured it'd only be a matter of time. i hope the HanzenRider goes to a good home. and hope everything is going good in your new location. i was suprised to see you left the Burb's of Chicago to come all the way out west. don't be a stranger man.

I remember you from when I first joined, sad to see you go but as always people move on. You will be missed and I am sure you will make your late father happy restoring his stealth. Good luck on it!
Jason,
Best of luck in restoring your father's car. It was great getting to know you over the years, meeting you a handful of times and seeing you as a respected active member at the JBO/GME. So, again, good luck and keep us all posted on how things are going for you down the road.
Cheers,
Teske
Again, thank you all for the kind words. It means a lot to me. Right now Im updating my website and Im setting up some kind of a history website based on my cavalier. Pictures of what my cavalier went through and modifications that has been done on it as well. This site will be used as references to help all j-body members with mods and what can and can't be done on the cavalier. I know there are plenty of other people that can help everyone here but it doesnt hurt to have pictures to show as references at the same time.
Matt: Its been a long time since I've seen you post on here. Thanks for the kind words and u can be sure I will be posting on what I've been up to with my dad's car including my new ride... the Celica on the "other car" forums. Whenever u plan to update your website when it comes to "other rides" on ur page, u can find a much newer updated pic of my Cavalier on my website. The picture of my car you're using for the link to my site, is so outdated... LOL! Good Luck with your new business. It sounds like its very successful so far!

Jason,
Youre a good guy, one of the guys that made this place great. As for me and my cars/site, well, work is overwhelming right now, so the personal things take a backseat. I dont post on here too much anymore because I work with Dave a lot on the backend stuff as well as my own companies, so time is short. But, I do enjoy popping my head in every now and then and saying my "2 cents".
Regardless, best of luck and we all hope to see you come by again in the future.
