I'm just wondering if anyone has had issues with high rev motorsports, I ordered some parts over a week ago form them and the money has been deducted form my bank account, and I have not received my parts, havent even received any shipping information. I tried calling and everytime I get voicemail I left a voicemail last week and havent received a reply and sent a e-mail yesterday.
Is anyone here in contact with any of the people who run high rev????

i would of never of guessed that of all people, geeds, your posting this. these type of posts get brought up each week by newbs let alone a senior member as yourself.
i still have love for ya though
That is all I suggest is keep calling. I wouldn't get to worried unless if it goes beyond 2 weeks.
Next time if you can use a CC.
Hopefully you paid them through Pay Pal.

That's why if I am ordering anything of significance online I call them up to order.

I'm having my share of issues right now as well but some of it is RSM's fault as well, and some of it is mine for not making up my mind before ordering, there seems to be alot of communication problems between the two and individually.
As long as I get my parts by May 2nd all will be well, but im having my doubts thats going to happen

That's good to hear Geeds! All you gotta do is just keep calling. It's only Jenny and Dauber that work there so they might not always be around to answer the phone. Also, Dauber posted his cell phone number in one of the other threads in case people couldn't get thru on the business phone. I believe they are in the process of moving to their new shop/show room too.

We have, but has HRM? You'd think they'd bust ass to turn their image around.
well a tracking # would do me little good now seeing as how im supposed to be in IL on monday getting it installed and the next possible day UPS would deliver would be monday. I am not very happy about this at all. At this point im not really interested in finger pointing whether it be high rev or rsm or vortech that dropped the ball all I know is the following facts
My order was placed on March 4 with full knowledge of the install being may 2
Others that have placed orders at a later date have recieved thiers
High Rev recieved shipments from Vortech earlier this week that were placed a month after my order was or more
This in no way shape or form is my fault but in the end im the one getting screwed over with delays
I am no longer interested in excuses I want a tracking # so I have a clue as to how many more days are going to be screwed up as a result of this fiasco
I am sorry that Dave at High Rev has had to endure what he has, but thank goodness for him cause he's the only one thats been able to give me any info.

I went to order a RSM crank pulley from them. Using firefox, it never put the secure connection icon up. I think they pass CC numbers without encription.
I called to place my order and I am waiting for them to get back to me.
I don't think Firefox uses and icon, but the URL address bar will turn yellow when it's a secure part of a site.
