Been speaking with the USACi guys about coming out and doing a double points event during the bash. How many people would be interested in this?

Sorry all. Ya, they would run an car audio competition.
But still no autocross......
If this autosound competition happens, does that mean the show awards will be handed out after that? Or will it be seperate?
James, I'd like to get an autocross to happen as much as the next guy. Unfortunately it just isn't feasible and the local SCCA is not interested in helping with it (which is a requirement to get the insurance)
The awards till be handed out at the awards ceremony and will be a completely seperate deal.

*sigh* my stereo will never be fixed now...
lol
is there a rule book of some sort?
yes go to soundoff.org
Theres 2 kinda comps SQ and SPL , SQ is more of a judged thing based on sound quality and accurate reproduction rather than pure sound pressure. You are classed by the 4ohm rms power of your amps, then by some other things

It'll be on the Saturday (show day).
