He had a damn good offer last time, just wasn't 100% sure he wanted to part with it. This time is for real...
Sadly...

It's up to you to decide which you'd rather win.
sorry but a used cav isnt worth 11k

You dont have to sell things for what theyre worth on ebay. Just look at all the other BS they sell for 1000% of what theyre worth. If he thinks he can get someone to buy it for 11k then good luck to him.

Cars are worth what people are willing to pay for them, not what other peoples opinions say they are worth. The car is sold, regardless if the ebay auction goes past the reserve. Got more than $11,000. Never expected to get what I put into it but thats the name of the game. Not sure what my next project will be. I will stil hang around the board though.

wow was odd seeing such a nice car without a lambo kit

Don't blame you Jack. I too am about ready to throw the towel in on the 'tuner' scene. Throwing money away. In five years my '96 cavalier will still be a '96 cavalier, it will be looked at like I look at '91 models now. Not to mention I'm getting a little old for this scene.
I want to build a classic. Five years from now, it will still be a classic.

so true, it feels like we are just throwing money out the window.
I am now driving a 2004 Expedition Eddie Bauer. I have a boat and needed something to tow it. I don't plan on fully customizing it or anything, maybe some aftermarket wheels and some minor audio stuff but that would be all. I will get a new project car sometime in the future, not sure what, but I know it won't be anytime soon. I just don't have time to show/race the car anymore and I don't want to pour more money into it. It was the right decision to sell it this time. FYI the selling price was higher than $12,300..........thanks to everyone who has helped me along the way, I will still be in touch. And I have made many friends along the way and will remain friends even though I don't own a J-Body..........

Nah... I don't want to know you now that you don't have a j-body...
