OK, first off.. This thread im not starting this thread so 30,000 people can gang up and bash m b/c their buddy made up some unreal story about this ad that while trying to get a freebie out of me. If anyone wants to start something here please take it somewhere else b/c honestly i dont wanna put up with it. If you feel you want to be the big cool guy and post some BS, then fine by me but first @!#$ talker in this thread chances are I will have it locked or simply not reply to this thread again. This thread will have no meaning to me and I will be seriously finished with the .org. Therefore the guys that this thread is supposed to be helping can take any complaints up with t he first guy to talk @!#$.
ANYWAYS, im wondering if there is ANYONE out there that I owe stuff to still. While I do not believe I do. There is a few cases.. for instance one guy named James Fonn bought something I had in the classifieds.. a set of kyb gr2 struts, well the first day I listed them I got alot of promises that money was going to be sent. no one ever actually sends it tho but I got a mo a few months later and its postmarked from a month ago and I need to see if the MO is still active or what. There might be other guys out there.. there was a post a week ago on here accusing me of this and that, a guy said i contested when his card was charged back which wasnt true. He then said he finally got his money back which is good for him. But i never processed that payment and so If that chargeback goes through its the banks money not mine so that just means that guy came out ahead.
Except for one favor I did a guy I havent processed any orders, taken any money, or done any business since july this year. My accounts have all been shut off to honestly stop the BS chargebacks. I dont know what the deal is, I dont know if aplus has problems like this but my credit card processor was letting anyone and everyone that complained about a crack in their kit or a if the product wasnt there in 3 days they was allowing those guys to get their full refund and keep the product without giving me a chance. To those guys, well it'll catch up, you cant get anything for free. You might have gotten a kit or something for free but it will catch up to you in the end.
My email listed.. isnt working and hasnt worked for a week or so. So honestly, If there is something I owe you please post your name and email and I'll research into it and see what the situation is. There are guys still getting mad, saying I owe them stuff and all this since the site is still up and I dont guess people can read the very first page and comprehend the fact the site is closed. so for that reason you leave your name and contact information and part and I will look into things and contact you. No more information is really needed and like I said the wise guy that wants to start some @!#$ can then deal with any of the guys out there that actually need something. Why such the sore attitude? I dont own a cavalier anymore, I dont own a business, and I really dont care what any of you think of me but im not a thief and i dont really like people acting like i am.
Also, if you did not know the site is forsale. I have had multiple interested buyers, no one has taken. I am not asking much, the price of an air ride kit, maybe less.. You really can make alot of money running the business but I dont recomend making it yur only source of income. There can be weeks you make nothing at all, but if it is supplementing your current income it can work out making alot. If it doesnt sell I might open it back up as a VERY small business on the side. But I would really rather sale it.
I also have been contacted so many times about widebodies, dash pieces, nsx vents. I have all of these molds just laying around and dont really plan on doing any fiberglassing anytime soon. So instead of those products dieing off if you want the molds and think you can reproduce or have items reproduced from them.. They are forsale.
Please, leave the BS somewhere else, I dont really want to have to sort through BS to find someone that I can help. And I honestly wont do it.. If you want to say something nice then whatever.. dont figure there is much nice to be said but please if your interested in buying something or need me to look into something leave the part your inquiring about, your email, and I'll look into it and get back to you.

Yes this is what i was telling people in the other threads complaining about him oweing money. He IS paying them back, Glad to see your getting things worked out and finished off.

another thing, if you ordered parts, chances are you'll get parts and not a cash refund. I want to get all this taken care of and behind me sometime in the near future.. so like if you dont speak up by the first of the year dont come and bring this thread back up or anything.. if you cant let me know in 6 months then you obviously dont care to much.. Reason being I would like to put this behind me and start saving for my future. I feel these are reasonable requests.
the old phone lines have been disconected, my old aim screen name isnt ever signed on anymore either.. maybe if im at work or something and i leave it on or someone else leaves it on by accident it will be on. but chances are it will be hard to get a response. So please leave me your email with your name and the part you are inquiring about.
You dont owe me money but i was just remembering posting in a thread about you oweing them money and i told them to talk to you about it and stop complaining to the org. i told them you were working several jobs to pay people back. they didnt believe me.

I eventually got my 145 bucks back Winks. yes I did charge back and I finallly got my money so as far as I know you don't owe me anything. But the chargeback did get reversed and then reversed again in my favor, took a few weeks to finally get it all back.
let's just leave it at that please. I'm done doing business with you, you did put me through a lot of trouble though, let's just leave it at that. Thanks.
oh by the way. I was the guy, and every part of my story was factual. the money was indeed processed and as it shows in the documents in front of me. it did indeed go to your account. but if you say otherwise well then it's your word against mine.
