For reasons unknown, CarFax is frowned upon by the mods... perhaps when this should be locked, there can be an explanation as to why? I have been curious for some time now, mainly when someone has purchased the unlimited for a month for their own personal use and is offering to look up others.

People buy unlimited accounts for PERSONAL use, not to hand it out for PUBLIC use.
