I"m going back a few years here (about 3), but does anyone remember Jbody radio? i believe scruffdog and others used to hold it sunday nights, and it was a pretty good time from what i remember. Members were able to tune in on-line and listen in.

Is this still happening and i'm just unaware? I've been out of the jbody scene for a while, but i missed listening in.

Hardly anyone listened to it so it was taken off the air. Plus the people who did it, JimmyZ, ScrufDawg, stReve (on occasion) have all moved on to other things in their life.

JBO Radio (as it was correctly called) was still around at least 3 years ago....they announced the location of the final Bash in the fall of 2003.

its sad when people go whats JBO radio and yet you vividlly remember it. Shows you been around here far too long lol.

I'm glad to see that some people have positive memories of JBO Radio. We always had a good time putting the shows on, especially at the 2003 Bash where we were able to do the show live for a huge crowd in the Atrium, as well as the 2003 Bash Awards Ceremony that we broadcast live.

We've considered bringing it back a few times, but it's a matter of making time for it. Originally, JBO Radio was myself and Scrufdog. Occasionally we would get Dave involved, and he and Chad even ran their own show one week. Later, we got more locals in the MD J scene involved like stReve, Art, Jim (SilverSunfire), Brian (UltraV), Bryan (from Main Event) and several others. Unfortunately for the J scene, we've all moved on to more important things in our lives.

One of these days it may resurface. I'd like to be a part of it but I can't promise I'll have time to do it. Anyone that's interested in "carrying the torch" can contact me through my registry and I'll make the shoutcast server available if you can provide a good show.

Keep the comments coming. Thanks one again for the compliments and if there is enough demand there will certainly be something in the works.

Best memory was when I did a Car Bomb on the air, in honor of Lurch.

good times... I always tried listening on Dial Up at that time. lol. SO my show time sucked. It was always buffering. lol
