yeah... he's making bank...
then paying everything he earns from the site to pay for its hosting. not to mention, he's lucky if the "bank" he's pulling in from here is enough to cover the hosting cost.
Those sites are WAY off. The only way to get an accurate representation of what the true value of a domain is, is to get it appraised, by a person. I did that on some of my sites that are barely worth more than what I paid for the domain, and they came up as being worth $10k-$15k. Even appraisals are tough to get, because there are a lot of fraudulent sites out there.
