On March 21st, I sent this dude $10 for a single gauge pod he had listed in the Classifieds section. Granted, it was only a $10 item, but he ripped me off. After I sent him money through PayPal, he said he would ship it that week, and I haven't heard from him since. I've e-mailed him numerous times with no response. I even filed a PayPal claim, and he hasn't responded to that either. I also noticed that he hasn't made any posts on JBO for the last month now. I'm sure some people will say I am dumb for bitching about $10, but hey, it's $10 that I worked for, and he has no right to rip me off. Just wanted to warn any of you guys from buying anything from him in the Classifieds.

Plus i sent him an email yesterday explaining that I have been taking care of my SICK grandmother and he wasnt on my priority list at the time. I only have internet access at work and did have time to explain the problems that i had been having. How about a phone call buddy. My damn phone number is in my ad. Please take the paypal thing off there cause its wed. and Im sure that you have your item now. I sent it priority. Like Micah said. I dont rip people off. I dont have a reason to. I have sold more that 30 items on here and to my friends and also hundreds on ebay. I dont appreciate you bashing name. SO STOP!

Wow dude, you need to COOL down. I am not constantly bashing your name as you say.
First off, I find this whole situation to be quite ironic. I send you money, and then I don't hear a WORD from you in over a month. You just now explained to be you have been busy with problems in your life, etc. That is completely understandable. I have been in the same situation, and I sympathize with you. But now you jump down my throat when I don't answer you back THE NEXT DAY! I'm sorry dude, but wow. I don't hear anything from you in a month, but you expect me to reply back in ONE day? And as far as receiving the package, I am away at college. I won't be home for another two days.
Plus, you have to understand my situation also. If you sent someone money and for a month have not heard a word, what would think? I'm sure you would feel the same way too. You said you didn't have time to explain the whole situation. You didn't have to. A quick message that said you are having some life problems and need extra time would have been sufficient. And as far as your phone number being listed in your ad, I didn't think to look back in your ad. I apologize for that. That's really beside the point however.
Point is, I didn't know what was going on because I didn't hear aything. I figured I waited a sufficient amount of time to say something on here. Your buddy Micah read the post, and helped me out to get in contact with you. Thank you, Micah. I'm glad we were able to get this straightened out. So no hard feelings between anyone I hope. I'm sure you are a great guy. And I send you my best wishes for whatever situation your grandmother is in. As soon as I get back home, and get the package I will remove the PayPal claim and will post back up here. I will even try to call my sister at home today and see if she can check for my package so I can get this straightened out today.

I wouldnt just post something saying beware without researching to see if the person was a good seller. I have a provided link as well on my ad that showed that I send what I say and in the condition that it was listed. I did check my email from my phone but it would let me respond to it. Micah called and told me the deal so I asked to help me out. But as soon as you get the package then please take the strike off, so I can get paypal payments as I going to list a bunch of stuff on ebay this weekend and this can be done

Just because someone was a good seller at one point doesn't mean that they won't go sour. Not saying that's the case with you, but it does happen, and searching to see if the person was a good seller at one point doesn't change things if the buyer got screwed over.

I called my sister, and she said the package was at home, so all is good. I just went to PayPal to drop the claim about an hour ago. Turns out they just closed the case in my favor. Funds were unrecoverable since your balance was zero. I have been on the phone for over a half hour now trying to get the claim dropped since it was already closed. A real PITA let me tell you. Ugh..FINALLY. Just got the claim dropped. Not to sound like an ass or be cocky, but I think you should be thankful that I sat on the phone to get this taken care of. Just like you, I am very busy. I don't think too many people would have gotten this taken care of so quickly. Anyway, hopefully there are no hard feelings here.
And for anyone reading this in the future, please do not let any of this tarnish Jason's reputation. He did send me the product,however late it may be. No ard feelings on my end anyway.
