anyone ever have any problems with this company? the reason i ask is i ordered the URETHANE drift front bumper from the group purchase. i got my invoice and on may 7. i got an e-mail from Shaun on may 11 saying it shipped but no tracking number. so today i went ahead and called the number that was on invoice and some old lady answered the phone. so should i be worried? i mean its been 6 business days since he said it was shipped out.
I'm not trying to start a beware thread or anything like that. i was just wondering how i could get a hold of him. thanks for the help. also i have e-mailed him and also used the msg thing on his website.
Shipping large items usually takes 7-10 business days from what I have experienced with the big three companies.

yeah. she had no clue what i was talking about. 7-10 business days is what i thought too but his site says 3-5. thats why i was starting to wonder what was going on.

body kits are very tough to give good time frames... just the way they are.
Shaun's a good guy and should be able to give you the run down of what's going on. Hopefully he sees this and can get your info.

dont worry, shaun is legit. furthermore, most .org companies have big items like kits and hoods drop shipped directly from the manufacturer so it may sometimes take longer to get them due to the manufacturer/warehouse getting behind. i know i had a few problems with my NY warehouse back in the day. they took forever on some items
