Since there wont' be any stickers being sold any time soon would I be allowed to take say the logo from the header of the page and go get one made myself?

Nobody can stop you so long as the printer doesn't have a problem with it. As long as you don't start selling them, but honestly if you can't buy them here anymore somebody should unless they are just trying to de-promote the site. I've wanted one for over a year now.
