I ordered one rear KYB AGX from the cardomain store about 2 weeks ago. I ordered it over the phone in order to receive their price match guarantee, (Summit had it $30 cheaper). They gave me a better price and the salesman promised me 5-7 days shipping. It is now 2 weeks latter and they haven't even shipped out my part! Ive sent them numerous e-mails and have not gotten one response. Monday I am calling up and cancelling my order, i am going with summit like I should have done. I am warning everyone to stay away from cardomain, I will never order from them again.
I bought some polk speakers from cardomain. I ordered them on the net. I made a mistake with the online order. So they didn't come in the 2-3 days they said they would. So I figured that I put in money order for type of payment (Which I did). I called them up, gave my credit card number and the speakers arrived in 3 days.
I've ordered a bunch of stuff from cardomain. Never had a single problem. I would get parts in front of my door from them in 2-3 days. Then again im only 1 2 states over.
so if they're not responding to your e-mails... call them.
I oreder an Injen Intake off them...took them awhile to get it here but when it came....AWESOME
So yeah shipping is a lil slow

ok and how did you pay for it? sometimes it takes a few days to process and the shipping days they quote are usually busniess days.
paid by credit card. I called customer service, after about 20min on hold I got a representative. They admitted it was their fault, my order was lost while they were in the process of moving. They sent my order out immediately on Monday. It is now wendsday and is on it's way to my house. They did mess up, but their customer service more than made up for it. As far as e-mail, I tend to like e-mail better because it allows me to keep documentation whereas phone is off the record. Anyway bottom line, I am not happy with what happened, but sh!t sometimes does happen. I will order from them again.
