2005.. was it the end for cavaliers or all J-body's?

I was wondering, every site I've been too said "the last 2005 model Cavalier rolled off the line in 2004"

Is it just Cavs, or were Sunfires discontinued as well?

all j-bodies. sunfire last a little longer on the production line then the cavalier, but the last model year for both was 2005.

Even if they do bring back the Cavelier or Sunfire name..... it won't be a J-body anymore.

Wich makes me think of something....... a bit off topic but.... When the new Camaro finally comes out.... im not sure if it is actually going to be a F-body or not.... Great.... now I'm gunna have to figure that out.

The 2009 Camaro is a Zeta not an F-Body.

It took GM over 40 years to run out of names for platforms (Even then, they had letters left over), The Greek Alphabet is 24 letters...
