My 98' has 138,341miles as of typing this.
While the motor has about 10,*** miles on it.

there are plenty of 200-300k j-cars around.
I've had 4 cavys that have gone 300k miles or better.
2 second gens and 2 third gens, but i think my best is 352,XXX miles.
I dont think i was easy on any of them hahah.
I've got about 197K on the odo of the 87... and if you looked at the body, you'd say it couldn't have more than 30K.

my 2002 z24 has 148,000. yeah i drive alot
'94 Sunbird LE Sedan (2.0L OHC) - current mileage: 246,908
'98 Sunfire SE Sedan (2.2L I4 OHV) - current mileage: 186,930
We had an '89 Sunbird LE Sedan (2.0L OHC) that was totaled in '97 with about 315,000 miles on it.
99 Sunfire SE little over 137k
i got 272miles so i guess i lose
my 03 has almost 115k on it

my 02 cavalier has 332 000 kms on it. Haven't changed anything more then the oil and spark plugs.
my 03 fire has 71,124 and the motor has bout 40k
5 seconds to find another street...
My old 91 Cav had 550000kms when i sold the car 4 years ago.
The engine is still running to this day in my brothers Sunbird.
3.1 Multiport. No issues with that engine. Just oil changes every 3000kms
He's probably put on easily another 200,000 or so since we swapped it in.
1 EGR valve, 1 Starter, and 2 Alternators and 1 Serp Belt Are all the troubles it ever gave.
Damn i miss that car.
