I ordered 2 shirts for myself, and 1 for Jeffie about 3 months ago, and I've yet to get them. He sent me tracking numbers, but I lost them. I'm about to contact Paypal about this, and something needs to be done. Last time I talked to Dave he said his friend was to ship them out, but I tired to PM and sending e-mails with nothing sent back to me ever.

I talked to dave the other day and he said that the stuff was supposed to be sent out and it never did. He claimed it as his fault too me and said that he would get it shipped out ASAP. I am still waiting on a tracking number though for my stuff. I ordered mine back in march if I remember correctly. I figure it will get here when it gets here.

true but the thing is we all know dave comes through. we all have seen it before where it takes months to get anything you ordered. its not like this is something new. if it were someone else that we didnt know then yes we would say that. i personally think waiting that long for a product is crazy and if they cant be sent in a timely manner then it shouldnt be sold.
when will people learn..... just simply don't order anything from JBO. don't get me wrong, I love the site and support it fully for over 6 years now (premo FTW!) but Dave and whoever he has doing dirty work for him simply don't have the capability to run an e-commerce project....
for the record though....my shirt arrived in about a week

This really is sad. It is an embarassment to the site. When you have got donating members choosing to not further support the site by purchasing stickers, shirts ect. because of the poor rep of the owner of the site. Or worse yet when they do further support the site and wait months on end with poor or no contact. That is BS. You can't tell me that is not bad.
Just because the poor shipping track record is nothing new does not make it acceptable. In fact it makes it worse. It is one thing to have a hard time managing things like this in timely manor once in a great while. I understand we all have lives outside of the JBO and sometimes we get overwhelmed with other priorities but this is rediculous.

Nope! I'm really getting pissed off. I didn't want to make this post, and I thought it would be more harmfull then helpfull. I'm finding out that it doesn't matter for crap. Even a MOD hasn't even chimed in sayin' they are contacting Dave or posting this also in the mod's fourm.
yea, normally by now a mod as at least replied telling you to chill and "use the contact us button." kind of sucks for you...but you should have searched to know the problems with the org's shipping.

All I have really gathered over the years is that Dave is a busy, busy, busy man. With a life of his own, A wife, kid(s?) a demanding job, running and maintaining this site, leaves little time for him to do much else. I know that it isn't right at all that it would take that long, but if the shirts are anything like the stickers, he doesn't really make any money on them if break even. I'd like to order one as well, but with the wait I've put it off. Knowing Dave the .org, I should just order one anyways to support the site and I'll get it within a year, a surprise delivery one day like christmas in whatever month!

See what gets me if you wanted to make shirts and sell them to make nothing or just something to have just put the design up on those sites that do shirt orders across the nation. Back when I ordered the shirts I talked to Dave about 3-4 times with his Aim name, but I'm not on my personal computer much with work. So other then that it has been 1 month or more since we talked. Also I've sent him PM's about this without any feedback or something, and I've seen him post since I've sent them. I'm just tired of waiting, and Dave knows I'm a pain in the @ss back in the day. So I wait before I did this....
LoL I don't have the text on my plan yet, but I'm going to get a iPhone next month. I covered my draw at work in 4 days for this month, and I now have 1 day and 4 weeks to make extra money.

The fact is anyone else would be getting threats "let's show up to his house and beat the money out of him" but because it's Dave and everyone gets their panties wet over him here, nobody has the balls to do anything about it.
Trey has PAID MONEY for a product and hasn't event gotten the common courtesy of receiving a response, let alone the product he paid for.
And for the record, I worked for an apparel company as a designer. A one color design on one side of a shirt would cost AT THE MOST $5 per shirt depending on qty ordered. Dave's selling them for $10, 50% margin hardly sounds like he's giving them away.....
