I just think that we need something new when we come to the site. So many products, events and many more things have come and gone to not have anything else on the front page. Anyone with me on this?

id say keep the memorial just move it or make it in the side bar and have more updated topics in the middle

like i said, you can add news to the front page. it just needs to be approved (like the gp forum) before it shows.


and i agree with the saint memorial. it needs to be scaled back now. make it smaller and stick it at the bottom now.

wow, im glad someone else brought this up. Ive been thinking this for a while, but didnt want to get flamed for saying it.

Ok I'm going to say what I really mean. Do we really need to have Saint still on the front page? Other people have died that mean a lot to this site, and nothing was put up like that of them? I just would like something new/car related to go up instead. I know that sounds bad, but someone has to say it.

I agree!! We all know we dont mean bad by saying remove the memorial, we've all payed our respects.. Time to move on, just scale it back some.. Thats all.

At least change the frickin color of the home page geeesh.. I still feel like its 2002 in here.

me being a soldier, i completely agree with david and trey. the saint memorial needs to go after being the main thing on the front page for 2+ years. its time to move on and put something else there. there are many other soldiers who have died and you dont see 5000 other memorials on the org page. its time to move on and let the past be the past and not dwell on it.

we need more events and vendors on the front page and the change of the background too

I dont spend 10 seconds on the home page. I bring up the org, log in, and just head straight into the forums.

Only time i do is when I'm not on my desktop or laptop, but I do read the main page often times to look at new posts off to the right
