I'm wondering how easy it is to sell a highly modified turbo car and if any of you guys have had any experiences doing so.

what i found was it's hard to find a boosted car done right, too many people hack up their setups.

probably about the same difficulty as any other car, as long as you don't expect the aftermarket parts to raise the value of the car.
