I found a '99 z24 vert for $950 while browsing kijiji!!. Judging from the photos it looks to be in pretty good condition apart from a small rust spot on the hood and bottom of the passenger door. The guy selling it says that its in good mechanical condition and the roof is fairly new. I'm planning to go check it out sometime next week and to verify that this info is true. My only concern is that the engine has 345,xxx Km on it. What else should I be looking out for ?How much and where could I find a replacement engine?
Rear window seperation for glass, look at the seals, look at tires, and listen to the car run, if it knocks then either lower the price drastically or walk away (if you cant do the work yourself). Either way, just look for obvious things, leaks and such. Also drive the car, see if it gets hot, smokes, and the trans shifts good or not.
