hey guys, we're having our bash at a different location this year. a lot closer the the US border. here in Queenston on our side. pretty much niagara falls.

well finally the info everyone has been waiting for!!!
this years Bash we will be "kickin it old school" held in Queenston at Queenston Heights Park.
Sat June 5th
show will start at 10am like previous years and will finish once all awards are handed out. usually 5-6pm or so.
there are charcoal bbq's on site, so your more then welcome to bring food if you want to bbq, you'll also need charcoal as well as i don't believe it's supplied.
we have a pavilion available to us to use as well.

entry fee's TBA (exec meet this coming weekend so should have them for you by Mar 16th)


as for comments and questions that i know are going to be asked or said...

why not st thomas?
because of the uncertainty of the track we don't want to make plans to have the bash there and then it all back fire in our face if and when the track is sold. or should the new owners not want us there.

why not grand bend?
plain and simple it's too much money to rent the place for a day. which would then mean we would have to raise the price for entry fee etc... which in turn makes alot of people pissed off and complain all day or just not show.

i tried my hardest to get us back to st thomas as i know there are a fair amount of people that like the racing aspect or like to watch etc...
you guys are all more then welcome to hit up grand bend or cayuga on the sunday. if someone were to set it up and keep track of everything and make it fair we could possibly even still hand out an award to the winner.(something the exec will talk about this coming weekend)

ive decided that overall there are a few of you guys that come to "our" bash so this year im heading north 8.5 hours ill be there...

paul if your sersiouls going get at me. i may go up with you if theres room. and tara lets me out. will i need a passport? i will wont i.

im very serious jason and yes passport will be needed (but if you put in for one now you will have it by then )

thanks man and i wish our passports came that fast lol i have one for work already but it took about 60 days for me to get when i did it...

i got the okay to go. as long as it doesn't interere with my schedule. so i'll pick up the papers for the passport today.


i'll be coming with paul i highly doubt my car will be making the trip.

we are working on it so far we have replaced the whole transmission, replaced tourqe convertor, and he is stealing my ecu to be retuned for his car to see if thats the issue... but his isnt much to see anyways just a whole lot of paint and bondo... its a piece of @!#$ if you ask me lol but i agree with jason there is no reason to separate awards for those south of the border lol (even if most of your cars are gorgeous) but really the awards are not why im wanting to come its just too meet those that i have not met, see some of the cars up there i mean pictures only do so much justice for cars.. i have seen a few of yours IE ZdoubleZoden, both of darrens cars, bummrz while it was still orange, and im sure there are more but im brain dead lol..
