so i finally updated from my 89 sunbird to a 2001 sunfire gt... everything seemed to check out with the car.. except the fog lights won't turn on.... fuse is good.. bulbs are good.. but noticed when i hit the switch the light doesn't come on and no lights turn on...the trac cont switch works... is there any other things to check before i replace the switch?

Foglights won't work with highbeams on, otherwise check the relays. Might also double check that the switch wiring is actually still plugged into the switch (you never know). And unless you replaced the bulbs yourself, there is a possibility they are bad, but you can't tell by looking. I'm assuming you checked that the bulbs are plugged in tightly of course.

ok a bit of an update... i swaped out the bulbs just in case.... and checked the swith... everything is good... i checked out the front relay and it seems to be good.. but won't switch over... i jump wired it just to see if i could get the lights on... and the lights work... i heard there are 3 relays to check... where are the other 2 located?

i got a new relay... and put her in but still nothing... checked the harness it seems to be good... also got a new interior switch... but still nothing... any other suggestions?

also.. I have the hayes manual... for the correct year... and it shows a fog light relay... now the relay i've been fooling around with is on the bumper support bracket... just to the left of the head light.. is this the correct relay?

So i've switched out the bcm and tried that... still nothing... tried all combination of lights on/car in drive etc... still nothing and I also forgot to mention that when you hit the rocker switch... the light does not come on... relay clicks but no interior light on the button
