How do you Disable DRL's ?

I have a 2004 Sunfire SE manuel Trans. and i was wondering how would i go about disabling the DRL's on my car? Is it easy? Can anyone lead me through the steps? Any links ? Thanks

Its the same as in the tutorial. ground the dark blue wire coming out of the BCM under the driver side dash. cut it and add some wire and ground it. someone can link you and get you more info.

Ill just bring this back from the dead.

why cant we just pull the relay? will just work but just keep the idiot light on?

I hate hate hate cutting and splicing, but need to disable the DRL's so i can install HID's

yea, pull the relay. its only 2 seconds of your time and virturaly no dirt!

Pulling the relay also brings up a dummy light, if I remember right.

Pulling the relay also causes the headlights to not work correctly.

I did mine without cutting a single wire, but I doubt many people have access to the tool I used.

I have cut the wire 2 years ago and just grounded to where the obd plug is it has never faulted on me ....
