My Cooling fan is not coming on until my car reaches 4 notches above 195. This is recent, it usually stayed around 195. It is a 2005 Cavi, it it is only in the 80's outside. Last month I was in Arizona with 115 temp and no problems. The coolant is good and full. So is this a SENSOR issue?
Sounds ok to me for that reading, Also my 01 cavalier bumps over 90 its over 2-3 marks, No over heating, My guess would be youre Fan Relay switch is getting wornout, Also have you done a thermostat and cooling system flush change yet?. That could play a role in that.

I put a switch on mine and I love it because its always on, haven't had anymore problems yet
