I need a second keyless remote for my 01 sunfire gt and would like to know if I can program is myself? If so how? Any instructions available online?
Besides ebay, are there any other stores online that sell the remotes for cheap?

No you can't. Either a Tech ll or I have been told pop a lock can do it as well, but don't know.
FU Tuning
I get my remotes from the wrecking yard... but as John said... you have to go to GM to get them re-programmed. I had to do that... fortunately, they let me "borrow" the Tech 2 and do it myself = no charge!
