Sunday, October 12, 2008 10:46 AM
Thought it was power steering at first..its just a screaching noise when i turn the wheel to the left...thats the only time it does it, and i have to be moving..just sitting there it wont make the noise..but driving it does...pretty much at any speed (reverse also)...any suggestions of what is going on??

Brake pad getting thin? Does it go away if you have the brakes on?

I would pop off the front tires and see whats going on in front brake pad area as well, I agree with john.
