I want to know if the ball joints on a 94 cavalier 2.2 are greasable?

I'm relatively new to J-bodies, but the ones I've seen (in the wrecking yards I frequent) haven't had ball joints with grease fittings. If they don't have fittings, you can't grease them. Aftermarket joints are available with fittings.
factory are non-servicable (unless you do the needle through the boot),
aftermarket is 50/50 some are, some arent.
