Drop oil pan,Might have to rotate crankshaft,Push it out?Pound it out?..Might have to make a tool to lever against the crankshaft to push the sensor out.Its been awhile since last time I had to do it.

I have heard that you can push the guts that are still stuck in the block into the block till it hits the crankshaft then use some type of sandpaper or light abrasive on the hole that the sensor goes into, lubricate well, and then somehow pull out the reminants of the old crankshaft sensor? I have held off doing this due to this issue, as I attempted to remove the sensor already and it would not budge unless I got more agressive and knowing my luck it would do the samething that happened to you.

Good luck!
