Serious Brake issues!!!!!

Ok i have a 00 z24 and I replaced the front pads and rotors about 2 months ago. I slightly noticed every once and a while that when coming to a stop the ABS would shudder as if I was on loose gravel or snow, but it wasn't bad. So I replaced the front pads and rotors and gave everything a once over and everything seemed fine. Gradually increasing up until now this issue is getting worse. Know if I have to slam the breaks or come to a stop even at slow speeds the brakes front and rear only on the pass. side lock up. I feel the ABS pulsating when this happens. I tried to pull the ABS fuse to see if the ABS was the culprit and now it does it just with out the ABS pulsation. I'm thinking the brake proportioning valve is bad but I wanted to see if any one else has had this issue or come across it in any way for some advice.

so.....you have an extremely hard pedal??? or an extremely low pedal??

hard pedal, check your vacuum line to your booster.

Low pedal, check brake fluid level, if low, check that wheel that is NOT locking up, see if the wheel cylinder is blown.
