Ok, I have a 5spd 99 sunfire with over 100K on it that I just replaced the tranny in. Car had been sitting for about 3 weeks with no tranny and no battery. Finished it up tongiht, starts/runs fine, but some of the dashlights are staying on and its weird.

drl light is flashing, ebrake, ABS, right signal, and airbag light are all on, no matter what. tried searching around but havent found anyone with this exact problem. I doubled checked all the ABS sensors and whatnot so not sure why that is on. The car had some kind of aftermarket alarm, never caused an issue before tho...

Any suggestions or answers greatly appreciated

Make sure you hooked back up all the ground wires.
