I was rolling back out of my drive way today and every rotation of the wheel i could hear a clicking sound, i wanna get down to the problem before it gets worse.

Were you turning when it makes this noise, does it do it all the time, what speed does it go away?
I'd say check the CV boots

have you recently done any work that required you to take off the wheels? Check to make sure they are torqued down to spec
