My car is a 95 Cavalier 2.2 Manual...im wondering if my heater core is going out, the thermostat is new with new rad fluid but then again can my water pump be the problem?
well the problem is its not blowing out hot heat like it use to before it would roast you but now its not that hot like it use to so thats why im thinking it might be my heater core or my water pump, if the core is the case how hard is it to replace? water pump doesnt look like its hard to do.
Pretty damn involving. If the heater core is blocked you are going to have to remove the dashboard and blendor box assembly to replace it.

Would my water pump also be an issue? cause i dont see nothing wrong with the heater core...
No if the Water Pump had failed you would see ether a coolant leak from the weep hole or the engine overheating from the pump bearing locking up. Look at the rear of your motor and you sould see the coolant supply hoses to the heater core. Turn the heater on full power, one hose should feel hot and the other warm. the temprature change would tell you that the heater core in not blocked. If both hoses are hot ( close to same temp) then no coolant is passing through the core.
